Our dryer was taking too long to dry a load of clothes....during this time our washer failed. Both were almost 20 years old. We purchased a new pair and the new dryer had lint falling our when you opened the door. My wife was out side near the vent when I started the dryer and a big chunk of lint came out. Our vent line was becoming clogged up. He came today and cleaned out the vent line, 25 feet or so (Went down into the garage, then went into the crawl space and finally outside).
