How can you rate if you weren't there?
Stood in my hall near my basement door which he had left partially ajar and wondered why the humidity was so high. I have a sump pump down there and it has been raining.

I checked entire home every room had high humidity between 70% up to 75% . I may have been standing at that doorway when we discussed it . Mold loves high humidity. you should have a system to keep humidity down below 60% or your always going to have mold problems.
