William is honest and his price fair.
William did a good job; however it would have been nice if he had cleaned up behind his work. I hired him for duct and dryer vent cleaning. I had to go behind him and vacuum but the worse was going into the back yard and seeing all the lint left in the yard from the dryer vent cleaning, very disappointing. That aspect of his work was very disappointing, if he had cleaned up behind his work, I would have given him 5-stas.
Paid extra $25 for a mold test. When received it was not my name or address on test document. I do not know if the test was from my residence or someone else.

The extra $25.00 was not for me I had said before that's a lab fee for samples and I had informed you the lab had put down wrong address and I assured you it was yours and told you it was the only 1 I did that day. and that I could have it changed. I knew you were waiting for it I wanted to get it to you as soon as possible. maybe I should have changed first.
Great service. Was there in a days notice and had great customer service.
He arrived on time! very efficient and didn't mind explaining what he would be doing as he went along. Explained why I needed dryer vent cleaning when I asked. Price was fair.
