I reckon Ryan the phlebotomist was amazing!!! I hate needles and getting my blood drawn and he found a vein immediately, without poking around, and got it on the first try. SO amazing!!!

I went to the ER and was taken back for treatment very quickly where the staff attended to my needs very well. They did a CT after demonstrating a more serious condition and they admitted me. Watching the roadrunner chase a lizard while in the ER through very large windows with nice views and a large hare outside my room also made my stay bearable. The Planetree philosophy was carried out nicely.

There was a Native girl wearing all blue scrubs with long hair and was veryyyyyy rude. I get it, you’ve been on a long shift, but giving attitude to patients who are going through a hard time? She was very wrong for that. The only nice person was the security guard. I’m very thankful there’s people like him still left in the world. I would leave no stars if I could.

There scheduling department sucks my husband was to have a colostomy and they never called till the referral was no good. Now he needs a MRI and when he called they said it was after hours and this was at 11 this morning. They never answer there phones and it takes them weeks to call back if they do at all.
