I finally got insurance and went here for a cleaning and full X-rays. Overall I was super impressed with my overall experience. The office is so clean with familiar music playing which was calming. It had been about 5 years since I last had a dentist appointment so I was nervous. Elisha was my hygienist and I really appreciated how friendly she was. I’m a patient of Dr Page’s. I called the office to make an appointment because I had an infection in my mouth. I was told because I missed an appointment. I couldn’t get an emergency appointment and I would have to wait to be seen. I explained the situation that there’s a possibility I could have another infection. She told me well then make sure you go to the ER. She was extremely rude the way that she talked to me. The father was a great dentist who always got me in quickly with issues. His son, not so much. The accountant argued with me over a $25 copay that I made that she did not account for and they had me show my bank statements to prove I had paid. But they didn't stop at just a bank statement; they wanted me to call my bank and get transaction numbers. It was a huge back and forth. Very unprofessional.
