I was having my house cleaned because I had sold and was moving. House was completely empty-no furniture, rugs, accessories, things in cabinets - nothing left. They did not have what I felt was adequate equipment to clean tile floors - used a regular mop (and I think the same mop for the whole house). I had to ask them to clean cabinets they missed and found out after they left that the girl just swept it into the floor and left. Matthew was cordial and compliant.
