WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Avoid Page Auto Group Volkswagen on West Broad Street, specifically manager Frank Barksdale. I was working with a very good, professional salesperson named Scot and received a quote for a new Tiguan. I was completely transparent and told him I wanted to compare prices with another dealer but would come back to see him regardless of my decision because I am buying a vehicle this weekend. Vice president of the group won't respond to a safety issue that happened at Mechanicsville Toyota. They didnt tighten lug nuts and dropped my truck on the frame. I was told they fixed all the damage but right after it occured my tires started to wear quickly. The tundra had 15k miles at the time and they refuse to replace the tires. The tires have been rotated every 5k miles. The customer service is horrible. I will never buy from this group again.
Brought my car in for a warranty repair. The service Dept at West Broad Honda destroyed a wheel bearing and improperly installed seals around the transmission resulting in ATF leak and over $2k in damage. GM will not return my calls or emails, ignored the BBB and refused to talk to me when I go on site. My lawyer is drafting up a letter that will be delivered in about 2 weeks and I can't wait for them to ignore this and auto loose in court. Moral of the story, avoid these crooks!!
Never buy a used vehicle here. What a nightmare! Incorrectly installed a new serpentine belt 3 times. I had my car towed to my trusted mechanic. The belt was installed wrong which caused the alternator to freeze up. I'm so happy my mechanic figured out what they did wrong. No wonder I never saw anyone buying a new vehicle during the many trips I made to get my car repaired. STAY AWAY!!
