I had some minor damage to the front bumper molding/trim of my Camry. I contacted two other dealers in the area and two weeks later, they have still not gotten back to me. Page Toyota got me in for an estimate next day, got the part ordered in 24 hours and had the repair done next day. Everyone from the appointment scheduler, the estimator, and the technicians were very professional and polite. They even saved me about a third of the price off the estimate. They never reached out to me, I had to do the reaching out. They gave 3 different dates on when my vehicle would be ready. One of those times I had to find out from the insurance company when it would be done. They did not communicate that with me. Communication is poor here.
Can I give ZERO stars? This is the worst repair shop on planet earth. They lie to you, they don't do what they promise and you will be stuck waiting for weeks for their terrible work to be completed. In addition to the horrible service, horrible treatment, and horrible result, one of their mechanics stole everything from my vehicle, causing additional delays. Front end damage to my Tundra. I wanted a Toyota dealership to do the work due to the proprietary nature of some Toyota systems . Page Toyota was the closest direct repair facility and got good reviews. So far the work seems of good quality. No rattles and everything works as it should. The manager even fought with my insurance to use OEM parts. My only complaints were that it took six weeks for the repairs when I was initially told it’d only be two.
