Wednesday Sept 7th 2016 our office opened at 8:30 a.m. to discover our Paetec phone and internet service was completely out...I called immediately and spoke to a customer service rep. We were promptly disconnected so I called back and thought that the problem would be resolved quickly. Sadly that was not to be. Fast forward to Thursday Sept 9th after dozens of calls and speaking with polite yet unhelpful and mostly un-knowledgeable call center reps, many transfers to more unhelpful reps and being left on hold for 15 plus min... read more
