I went to Paesano’s Pasta House in Oxford with my mother expecting a simple, pleasant meal. What we experienced instead was arrogance, contradiction, and an astonishing level of incompetence. We arrived during posted business hours. The restaurant was open. The lights were on. Staff were present. There were no guests inside. Not one.
