We booked Paella Chef Sydney for our work event after reading all the amazing reviews on here and we certainly were not disappointed! Their communication throughout the whole process was instant & so helpful and friendly. When Felix and his assisitant chef arrived, they set up everything exactly as we needed it, and they braved what was a horribly cold & wet day, out on our huge balcony, with a smile and absolute professionalism. Communications with Felix and Bovi were friendly and the arrangements were made with minimum fuss. They were prepared to meet special dietary requests as well. On the day, onsite arrival was on time and the food was ready exactly at 1pm as requested. The chicken paella was delicious and the portions generous. Highly Recommended!
