My family has hired Paella 1513 for many years to cook for special occasions. Chef is professional, friendly, and responds quickly to inquiries. The price is reasonable and the food is fantastic! And the best part is you can feed a crowd without much effort… who can ask for more? You cannot go wrong with chef J at Paella 1513, your guests will love the food and service!!!

Jose cooked an amazing paella at my birthday party, delicious, authentic, and a huge hit with my guests. Professional, easy to work with, a great energy, and made hosting stress-free. I didn’t have to lift a finger and the paella was spectacular!! Highly recommend, and can’t wait for another opportunity to hire his services again.
