Jose was very responsive, punctual , easy to work with and made the most delicious paella for my husband‘s 50th party! All of our guest raved about how delicious it was and I would highly recommended Paella 1513 for any occasion!

This paella is amazing! I will absolutely be using them for future parties. Incredible service, perfectly on time, and the finished product is a work of art! Everyone loved seeing the process - start to delicious finish! Jose is delightful, as well.
