Dr. Pae is good with diagnosing and tailoring the right medication. Communication with parents is straightforward, respectful, and kind. I think he has a hard time speaking in a way to get children to open up, but in all other respects we are pleased.
Dr. Pae needs to work on communication with both patients and parents. He has repeatedly asked both my husband and I what course of treatment we would like...isn't he the doctor? Since finding a new doctor, my son has been diagnosed with autism and partial complex epilepsy...NONE of which Dr. Pae ever mentioned or likely considered. He should get his head out of his absurdly large computer monitor, and really listen and talk (Like a human) to his patients. Maybe we would have had these diagnoses earlier. It seems like a doctor specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry should actually be able to talk to children and adolescents. Dr. Pae can do neither.
Dr. Pae and Dr. Phillips are about money, plain and simple. not human life. They lie and manipulate and do anything else they can for more money. dr. pae gave me a medication years ago that caused a bad reaction. I had to go to hospital to air out. the whole time he and dr. phillips drugged me so much that i was later told i should be dead or at least have severe brain damage. they blamed me the whole time and caused many problems in life. turned out i never had anything. they tried to hide this
He was a very good listener and he talked through what medications side effects and dangers with mixing mess with other things.he was straight dowars about what he thought but worked with myself and others I know who have seen him. He really makes a connection by shaking hands before and after seeing him as well as connecting by saying my name. He is very intelligent. I would recommend him to any one who is having issues and wants and or switching psychiatrists. He is fantastic.
