Dispatch, specifically Claudia, is the absolute worst. Sincerely, the guy you mislead and completely misinformed. Have a bad day.
We always have a wonderful experience. The drivers on our last visit were very helpful. Not sure if the drivers name who picked us up but she was very helpful getting us in the doctors office. The driver on the way home is Teresa. She is always very friendly and helpful!
Has busses that access most of paducah Kentucky. Bus drivers are nice and can answer public questions if asked. If you need to go somewhere and don't know where you going you can call and get the information you need,you can go to the transportation office and get the information you need and you can ask a bus driver information just give them the address you need to get to and they can direct you to the right bus to get on or you can ask them to drop you near a specific address if that is what you need.
