Receptionists, do you know that your stinking attitude can make or break a practice’s reputation? People already don’t love going to the dentist, and your revolting attitude doesn’t help. I phoned to enquire about availability for an emergency appointment and was met with “Mam, I have eight emergencies, you’ll just need to come and wait.” Absolute disgrace, whoever was on duty at 8:25 on Weds 8 October 2025.
Went to see the dentist for an extraction. I was told they can fix the tooth I shouldn't pull it. They did a temporary filling that started crumbling the very next day. I now have less tooth structure than I did before I went to the dentist. Would not recommend
