If you order through doordash, you should be taking it up with doordash, unfortunately you waited a almost a week to say something. Im sorry you feel that way but again it was through doordash not the actual store

I placed an order on 4-21-26 through DoorDash and when I arrived management said they were all out of cheese and couldn't issue a refund. I said that I would try back later during the week. My credit card was processed (which i have proof) and the owner and management didn't care to make it right and were extremely rude to me! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE BELLEFONTAINE LOCATION!!!

It was very disgusting. Very disappointing. My pizza was completely burnt and cold. Hardly any toppings on it. The potato skins look like something a 2-year-old had made and it was cold and they weren't even good and then I called the store to tell them about it and all they said was made up excuses. So I will no longer eat at padrones in Bellefontaine

Food was delicious. Only complaint i have is the time it took to prepare for pickup but I would rather to food be right and taste as good as it looks. Keep up the good work folks!
