Thank you to Doc and staff for always putting me first. My calls are always returned and my questions are always answered.
Had no problems scheduling the appointment which was just days after my call. The staff is courteous and very professional. The waiting time was short and Dr. Mastandrea had reviewed my prior online history. He was a good listener to my history of the situation. He examined me and we then discussed a plan of action which included some follow up testing. I like his calm and methodical approach and feel very comfortable with the upcoming investigational steps before any minimally invasive surgery is undertaken.
I have treated with Dr. Alvarez for over ten (10) years as I am a chronic stone former (over 40 years). He is the best urologist that I have ever seen. He is knowledgeable and has excellent technique in removing my calcium oxalate stones. He also prescribed medication that reduced my propensity to form stones. Most importantly, Dr. Alvarez has always made himself available when I showed up in the ER in acute (and whatever is beyond excruciating pain). Without reservation, I would recommend Dr. Alvarez.
I have been seeing Dr. Root for over 15 years and have always found him to be compassionate and thorough. Sometimes the staff seems rushed; however, Dr. Root and his team have always treated me with professionalism and kindness.
Dr. Baker is always ready to provide the best care and treatment for me. He treats me as an individual with respect and dignity. I feel I have the best of the best in Dr. Baker!
