Thank you to Doc and staff for always putting me first. My calls are always returned and my questions are always answered.
Had no problems scheduling the appointment which was just days after my call. The staff is courteous and very professional. The waiting time was short and Dr. Mastandrea had reviewed my prior online history. He was a good listener to my history of the situation. He examined me and we then discussed a plan of action which included some follow up testing. I like his calm and methodical approach and feel very comfortable with the upcoming investigational steps before any minimally invasive surgery is undertaken.
I have been seeing Dr. Root for over 15 years and have always found him to be compassionate and thorough. Sometimes the staff seems rushed; however, Dr. Root and his team have always treated me with professionalism and kindness.
Dr was very informative and fully explained the procedure.
Our family loves Dr. Root! And we have recommended him to many of our friends. He took care of my elderly father for years. Dr. Root was very patient with Dad and would politely answer all of his many questions. Dad really appreciated Dr. Root’s kindness and respected him immensely.
Dr. Root treated my mother for many years for her various urologic conditions. He was great with her! She always looked forward to her visits. Dr. Root was very friendly and spoke "with" her not "to" her. As a family, we were very confident in having Dr. Root as her physician.
Dr Mastandrea and his staff have been nothing short of fantastic. My cancer is gone and has been gone for over 10 years. Very friendly, professional and an expert in his field.
I hear great things about this doctor but I was unable to make an appointment due to his staff. I came here to see if it was an isolated incident and it appear everyone has had a bad experience with them. I am giving up on trying to get an appointment.
The office needs modernization, but I go to doctors for diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Acosta is knowledgeable, professional, and a really good communicator. He may seem to some like "old school," but he has a broad and thorough of knowledge of urology and the skill to communicate it to patients.
