Greasy, Floppy, Gross!!! – Could barely gag down one slice of pizza! I got the pesto sauce and there was practically none on there. The crust has a literal card board taste. The WORST pizza I have ever had by far! Definitely does not compare to Hot Mama's or Big Mario's.
Don't count on it – The owner is a very rude woman that clearly could care less if people order from here. They change the price without notice after you put in HUGE catering orders then chew you out when you call to question it. Also, the food was swimming in grease and they neglected to bring serving utensils for the pasta--even though they said "Of course, Always" when I asked if they would. Don't count on this place; they are really sub-par.
JUST TERRIBLE – mozzarella sticks were soggy and gross and calzones were nasty and not heated all the way through anyway. I can't describe how bad this was and how much I would recommend never eating from here. Delivery was free so that was nice, but I'd have paid to order from somewhere else....

Our business has been growing, even in this down turn, and the only way you do that is by delivering really good food. Unfortunately, sometimes things aren't perfect. For anyone else out there, simply call us back and we'll be more than happy to make right on any order that isn't up to our standards of excellence.
Horrible Pizza, Even Worse Customer Service – I ordered a 4-cheese pizza on a Friday night. It came, I tipped the driver, everything was good until I took a bite of the pizza. It was horrible, the gorgonzola was overpowering and it tasted like they had dumped a pound of it on. The crust tasted like cardboard and was brittle. I immediately called the store and asked for the driver to return and take the pizza back and requested a refund. Yummy! Pizza was great! – I ordered "my Favorite" pizza at midnight of Friday night, the pizza was so fresh and yummy. Much better than Belltown Pizza. Actually, i called Belltown Pizza first, they refuse to make pizza for me since their kitchen close so early which not match their close time(2pm), i changed to call Padrino's pizza which is my first time. I just loved it. I will stick with it from now on.

Some of Seattle's WORST Pizza – I got a flyer in the mail the other day from Padrino's, and decided to try it out; a Paggliacci's alternative is a good thing. This is NOT it. The service was good enough, but the actual product was complete junk. The measure of a pizza place is the cheese pizza. Without a good foundation, the house falls down. Not impressed – Saw ad for free chicken wings with a large pizza. Ordered from them for the first time and it took roughly around 45 minutes for the food to come. They got the order wrong and sent something completely different. The chicken wings were OK, nothing special about them. The salad was overly cripsy and didn't taste right like the lettuce hadn't been washed. After eating half of it I had my fiancee try it and he spewed it right out into the garbage. Free Late night Delivery. – Pizza, sandwiches and pastas until 3am, need I say more? The food was great and they have a very friendly service staff.
Must Try. – The service was excellent, food delicious, and prices were reasonable. Love the pasta dishes and the pizza is a must try.
