Do not rent from this property they do not fix things immediately or at all lived here 3 years and still they fix leak in one bedroom roof due to their ac leaking plus they dont cool at all and for some reason electricity bill was outrageous cause unit was always coming on when off so we shut it off by fuse we had to pay 700 in electricity also when we moved in they did not do a walk through inspection and we did not sign on the conditions we received unit which was tub discolored and counter top also peeling amd showers wal... read more
seriously dont rent here , in the summer ac doesnt work , in the winter the water heater turns off and instead of fixing it they only reset the water heater happened last year we went the whole weekend without hot water bc maintenance wouldnt answer and management doesnt work weekends, place is infested with roaches no matter how many times you fumigate they dont go away, mold gets painted over and the bathrooms leak from upstairs to downstairs. currently stuck without warm water for the weekend cause maintenance doesnt answ... read more
