filthy, roach-ridden. mgr. tells LIES saying that I, me, the 82-yr. old tenant have a roach-infested refrigerator because I personally put roach-covered foods into the fridge MYSELF. that is 100% a lie. the fridge is, i guess, so old &worn out that the rubber door strips no longer seal firmly enough to keep the zillions of roaches out. She is LYING about my roach infestation--and God only knows what else. she is making EVERY effort to turn Terrace Gardens into a prison-like, no longer fun & friendly place to live.
nobody at 931 1/2 28th street is on the lease. lease 10 years old, paying nothing for two bedroom. property management lol!

I loved this place 🤩. I think my favorite thing about it was the beautiful land scape, that surrounds it. Great work
