Nightmare experience!!! We hired Padres Pools in 2021 to redo our existing pool and add a hot tub. There was an insane lack of professionalism from EVERY member of the team. They would miss scheduled appointments, not show up on days of work when they were supposed to, fail to communicate major issues, ghost completely for days on end, the list goes on.
