This team leaked HIPPA protected information to a stranger without validating information. Do NOT choose Tufts Med unless you're desperate and out of options. Extremely rude and didn't even renew the basic (uncontrolled) prescriptions I need.
I've had her for a doctor for about a year. I read reviews similar to these and probably from the same people, before I went to see her. Since she was located close to my home, I decided to see her, regardless of the negative reviews. Also, I'm not a shrinking violet and felt that if the reviews were accurate, I could certainly hold my own and could easily find a new PCP if need be. Dr. Pimrale will leave you feeling worse than you did before seeing her. After developing Long COVID-related respiratory issues in 2020, I was prescribed Symbicort by a pulmonologist — the only medication that brought me relief. Very dismissive bordering on rude when explaining my medical history/ongoing concerns during a new patient annual physical. Worst part is that the hospital then billed me for two appointments because I answered her questions about my medical history. This also happened to a friend of mine (double billing from Tufts Medical). Would stay away from this doctor and hospital system.
Rudest doctor I have seen, all the appointment she was extremely rude and was throwing stuff on us, she is autistic and she needs metal health therapy or she needs to seen someone at the hospital she is not a real doctor she would be fire
