UNPROFESSIONAL UNKIND UNCARING
Dr. Velury takes care of my daughter and me, very knowledgeable.
My wife and I have been seeing Dr V for over ten years. She is thorough, patient, and professional. Usually short wait times.
If I could leave negative stars I would in a HEARTBEAT!!!!!!! Do not go to her as a new patient. I went in very sick (Chrinic with Diabetes, Lupus and lots of diagnosis' and she wouldn't even do blood work for 6 weeks later. I was concerned about pancreatitis which is poetentially fatal but she said the first appt was just to review history and I could come back in 6 wks to have labs then discuss while I was throwing up in her office. Why not go ahead and do it and get it going. Very unkind!!!!!
Very thorough for checkups. Not in a hurry. I usually don't wait too long for my appt.
She carries around a laptop and googles your symptoms. I felt as if she was judging me. I haven't been back since.
My family and I have seen Dr. Padmashree Velury for many years. She is wonderful, but her staff consistently makes mistakes calling in medications. It has caused serious problems several times. They simply cannot be relied upon to do their jobs correctly. For that reason, this is unfortunately not a place that you can trust with your health care.
I unfortunately did not get an opportunity to meet with Dr. Mason. I called to schedule my new patient appointment only to be told the first available was two months away. I diligently waited to have this appointment as I had medical concerns I wanted to discuss. Less than two weeks before my appointment I was informed she was leaving for vacation and my appointment would have to be pushed back.
My experience with Kristie Mason was below expectations. I told her about my condition and need for a prescription refill. After my office visit she failed to write me a new prescription. The front office had to go request her to write one for me. The staff then failed to send the prescription through to be filled! I called my pharmacy who advised they never received the prescription. After multiple calls back to Mason's office the staff finally pushed my prescription through.
