Dr. Balaji has always been the best at listening to my concerns and acting on them. She always explains to my understanding. I have complete confidence in her knowledge and abilities and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a PCP.
I had an appointment the next day but developed a rash over the weekend. I sent a picture to my provider. She had her nurse call me early on Monday to come in for an appointment.
Very kind and reassuring about a concern that I had in addition to addressing to the other reasons I came for an acute appointment
