Came seeking testosterone treatment since my lab came back low. Had to schedule this appointment 6 months out and this lab came back a little higher (still low 400s) so I was told I couldn't be treated. I took a different lab 3 days later which came back low 300s so I don't know how this test came back so high. Then they charged me $80 for the appointment. So that means 6 months waiting resulting in no treatment and $80.
She cares and gives best options for treating multiple health issues. I have diabetes, thyroid nodules and more. She keeps up with everything. Great experiences when I see her or even need to contact her by phone.
I took my 92 year old grandmother to see Mangu. She is absolutely the worst specialist I have ever dealt with. She nearly killed my grandmother with the " new insulin ". Why change her insulin after 35 years of being a diabetic? Now Trihealth will not allow her to change doctors. That is their policy.
Dr. Mangu was professional, thorough and very honest. What could be confused as "rude" seemed to me as more blunt, and to the point. I appreciated the fact that she was up front about the concerns and future possible issues.
My wife is her patient. She is very concerned about her health and she is very thorough when she treats her. She has even put her on a continuous glucose monitor and insulin pump to better control her diabetes. She does needed blood work and exams.
