Just went in today on a whim to ask about watch resizing. The gentleman in the white button down at the front counter was so welcoming and immediately offered to do it. Not only did he do it so fast, but he also went ahead and corrected the time on my watch without me saying anything! Thank you so much, such a great experience. If I ever have any jewelry needs, this will be my first stop! The store is also adorable and everyone is so kind!
Eddie was AMAZING he did a great job for our wine tasting experience even though it was not his Forte, definitely deserves a raise, he was great, shared the Padis experience and very knowledgeable, A+++
My fiancé and I wandered into Padis while in the Diamond Exchange in SF looking for an engagement ring and we’re so glad we did. Prior to visiting, we did not have a great experience at Brilliant Earth and other jewelers, where we felt like they either had no time for us or were just out to make a sale.
