Highly recommend! My wife knew what she wanted and we took the idea to Padi’s and met with Ched. She sent the design in and went with her again to explore carat sizes. Got the quote back quickly and were very pleased with their price - gave them the go ahead! Received timely correspondence from Ched throughout the process and love the ring! Had an amazing experience at Padis Jewelry & Tasting Room in Napa! Arched Macaldo was absolutely fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and made the whole experience feel special from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure his guests have a great time. The atmosphere was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the experience was truly memorable. If you’re in Napa, I highly recommend stopping by Padis and asking for Arched. She definitely made our visit one to remember!
I absolutely love my experience with the Padis Jewelry! The jewelry is gorgeous and the customer service was also amazing. I was looking for a present to gift my mother for her birthday and a worker named Arched kindly gave me great suggestions. She was great! Answered all my questions and was very friendly and patient throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend this place!

She was very knowledgable and made sure that I felt comfortable and well informed while selecting a piece to my liking.
