no thanks I know someone who used this law office to file their chapter 13. After the papers were filed they could never get in touch with an actual attorney to assist them with issues that came up after filing. Some of the papers were mixed up and caused many problems. Their office staff is a bunch of informationless teenagers who talk on their cell phones instead of actually working.
Bad customer service I am also a client and am at witts end. They do not return phone calls in a timely manner. This is a service, a service that I am paying for. Hire extra help if phone calls cannot be returned withing 24 to 48 hours or stop accepting new clients if you cannot handle the ones you already have. If I am paying for a service, whether if be a doctor, restaurant, or attorney, I and everyone else that uses their service deserves good customer service. SAVE TIME AND MONEY !! Herman Padgett's office appears to be a joke to me. I own and operate a company and would never not return the calls i recieve no matter what. I have been calling for 2 weeks and have not recieved a call back as of yet. I went to the hearing and there stood Herman Padgett I never met him before and there he was to defend me. The judge asked specific questions pertaining to my case and Padgett simply replied " I don't know" he looked to me for answers throughout the hearing. I had met with Ms. Robertson... read more
i know for a fact i used to work for herman d padgett for 5 years, and i know for a fact that people do call the clients. the attorneys might not be able to call at that time because they have court, but they do call when they get back or when the office closes.
Padgett & Robertson Attorneys at Law I currently work for Mr. Padgett and Ms. Robertson. The reason you may not have recieved a phone call back in the time you expect is because we have over 1,000 some odd clients in an active case. There are only 3 attorneys in our office and they usually aren't all here at one time. Your call is returned in the order it was recieved and there are about 500 calls a day now probably 50 of them won't speak to a paralegal they ask to speak with an attorney which is fine that's what they pay us... read more
