We called, and they responded quickly. Our garage door torsion spring had busted. These guys were on-time, repaired the spring and adjusted the settings allowing the door to open correctly. Great price for the repair. After having worked in a branch of this industry a few years ago, I was prepared to hear the "big repair pitch" and to be charged five times too much, but these guys did not do this. I recommend Padgett over the others in the area!
Totally recommend Padgett Overhead Garage Doors! Casey is very professional He came out and had a good look (motors had not been services in ages, and were very old). He recommended replacing the motors and servicing all other parts. Sent us a quote very quickly and was super patient with us as we could not schedule him straight away. When he and Josh came to do the work this week, they arrived on time, were done very quickly, left the work space neat. Excellent experience.
Padgett Garage Doors came out for an estimate a month ago. The service technician was nice and explained everything well, but I never received an estimate. I have attempted to follow up with the technician directly via text and phone multiple times since the visit with no response

I strongly recommend Padgett Overhead Garage Doors Inc. I have used them twice now for different properties and they're always very responsive, professional, friendly, and efficient.
