You guys are amazing! Thank you for the honesty, quality and timeliness of our service! Definitely recommend to anyone out there who needs help with their garage doors. Thanks again! Sam Malone Thompson
Fast, friendly reply! Arrived within an hour and made a quick affordable repair. Checked and lubricated my other garage door as a courtesy. Highly recommend!
Casey responded quickly to my initial inquiry and came to our home within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem and quickly replaced the springs. He noticed a wire a sensor was loose and repaired it. He gave us a great price, excellent service, and a great warranty on the springs. Very knowledgeable and courteous. We will always call Padgett and will highly recommend him.
100% recommend! I walked out this morning at 5am to find one my torsion springs broken. Called Padgett off of a referral and was not disappointed. Promptly returned my call, awesome customer service, and did a great job! Thanks Casey!
They were amazing and helped us when we called. They are very reasonable with price and super helpful. I would recommend them to all.
