I have been seeing Dr Padgett for 6-7 years. He does great work and he loves what he does !

Horrible staff!!! I called to schedule an appointment and the office clerk(Theresa) asked me to text her pictures of the front and the back of my insurance card and said that it would take 20 minutes to run it to see if they took it. 2 HOURS go by and I still have not received a call back and so I decided to call and didn't get an answer! I called back again & they sent me to voicemail! So I didn't to call off a different phone and they answered on the FIRST ring! I just hung up.
Very very rude, not up front about costs. Over the phone they say they take walk-ins, however once you are there, it's only for x-rays, procedures must be done on different day. Would never recommend this office.
Excellent Care. We love Dr. Padgett. Wonderful experience, most of all my children love seeing him.
