Not the same since the new owners. - Meena and her staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. They handled everything perfectly and did a fantastic job! I am so happy to have found such a great team!
UPDATE: Since Meena's departure the service has dropped considerably. Communication is poor and follow through is near non existent. After years with Padgett I was forced to hire a new accountant. ORIGINAL: Prior to using Meena at Padgett Business Services, I was a single mother with two children and I was an independent oil and gas contractor registered as an LLC with the State of WV using an accountant out of Fairmont. I was making $50,000/year and paying, what I thought, was an astounding $12k in taxes. This didn't make s... read more

We have taken our taxes to this company for several years. When Meena was there things were done in a timely and organized manner. The last 2 years, however, we have not been impressed. It has taken over 7 weeks this year, and still hasn't been completed. We have called several times and we are told they are "under review", and that they only have one person to do the reviews for their multiple offices. Taxes are due NEXT WEEK and I'm not sure they will make the deadline. Not impressed. We will be looking for another service... read more
