The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the owners are extremely knowledgeable. When I called in to request information to prepare for a new dog, they were able to inform me about things I hadn’t even realized were important. I feel better prepared moving forward, and would highly recommend anyone looking to do the same.
Wonderful place and people. They know what they are doing! I can not tell you how much I appreciate this store and the people who work there! Our boxer has been sick and not wanting to eat. It is obvious when you talk with them they know what they are talking about. They have been so helpful! Our guy is still not eating much, but he is eating some, thanks to the help they have given us! You can tell they have real compassion for animals and are there to help the best they can! Thank you Paddywack!!!
My husband and I have taken our baby puppy, Mango there twice now. Each time has been an absolute delight. Every worker we’ve had the pleasure of working with has been nothing but kind and helpful. They have never made us feel like an inconvenience, and genuinely seem to care about what products are best for Mango. This is the only place I will buy anything for my pets. I have been getting my pet supplies here for over 5 years. I recently moved to Mukilteo and still make the drive to shop here.
Great store and staff. Always helpful. I didn’t realize it, but they accidentally overcharged me on my purchases. They called me the next day and wanted me to know I had a refund due. Love their customer service!
