Everyone who works there is a delight, their prices are good, they have a large selection of pet goodies and people goodies, and they're family and locally owned.
This is a fantastic store run by fantastic people who honestly care about pets. I I have spoken with them many times over the years asking for help with pet food, pet health, pet anxiety, any recall updates, and even collars and leashes. Not only do you get accurate information from caring individuals but you support an actual family and local business. I continued to shop with Paddywack because of this. Even though I'm out of state they still ship to me as a favor, and I still buy from them.
