I had the misfortune of hiring this company 6 months ago. It was for a gutter repair. The job was horrendous and is causing damage to my property by having rain water go onto my property. The company has not answered me and will not stand by its work. Do not hire them! You can look at their reviews and see that they are from friend and relatives not actual customers! Do not use them!!!!
Our house exterior was damaged by a fire next door resulting in a need for siding replacement. We hired Paddy's of newark delaware to handle the job. 4-1/2 years later, our dryer needed a heating element. When I moved the dryer I discovered dryer hose was moved to a new location and the wall was pushed in from the outside. Someone obviously fell through the wall, then covered damage with the siding so you couldnt tell from the outside. For all this time cold air was coming in our house. I had Paddy's replace my roof and was so happy that I chose them! They were prompt, efficient, and thoroughly cleaned up when finished! Great to work with and they did excellent work! I highly recommend them!
I have had a wonderful experience with Paddy's. A couple of years ago we had our roof replaced and recently we had our siding redone as well. Everyone from Pat and Charlie to Stacy and Beth have been been wonderful. Everything was fully explained and the value is outstanding. Contracted and deposit made. Paddy's ordered materials (or not) depending on different statements from Paddy's personnel. Five months later and past estimated date of install, Paddy's says need to reorder materials which will take 20 weeks. Not acceptable and how will Paddy's correct situation? Charlie offers proposal of reconciliation: downgrade of siding from D4 to D5 (Paddy's said they look the same), downgrade of color of windows/door from premium bronze to white with offer to paint windows/door bronze after installation... read more
