He provided excellent guidance to us as we prepared our home for sale and assisted us at every step in the process. His team did an excellent job of staging our home and keeping us informed of their progress.
Working with Paddy and Michelle to sell our home was a great experience. We appreciated Paddy’s straightforward communication and realistic expectation setting. The stager did a fantastic job, as did the photographer. The pricing and marketing approach was well thought out and ended with us accepting a very strong, over asking offer after being on the market for only one day.
