Kim the manager was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Totally invasive, unfriendly and bullied my mom for years. I didn't believe my mom at first that someone could be that terrible and on that much of a power trip. But after my mom had a stroke I went to go clean out her apartment only to be harassed and talked down to. I think the owner should seriously re evaluate who he chooses to employ in those positions as its a very bad look for his rental properties. The manager Kim is allowed to talk to the residents however she wants, she can call them rude, ungrateful, etc. She will try to tell residents family members that they can't come over and visit or stay the night. She will harass the residents family members and make them feel unwelcome. She will do illegal background checks,without permission on residents family members. I moved into Moreland Grove 3 years ago, after moving to Wisconsin from California. It was the 3rd place that I had looked at. I was immediately struck by the friendliness of the staff and the cozy and warm atmosphere of the interior. Two things keep me in Wisconsin. My daughter lives here and I love living at Moreland Grove. That is why I was truly shocked when I saw the previous review.
