I usually never write reviews, but I had THE BEST experience with Chagrin Saddlery that I had to! Dana was SO helpful and knowledgeable in helping fit my new tall boots!! She took into account all my requests/concerns and found a boot that I LOVE! I brought my non-equestrian boyfriend along and she was ready to answer any and all of his questions as well! Chagrin Saddlery is AMAZING! They fit me to new pants, a new helmet, new jacket, and were sooo supportive! They are very nice and make sure you have the best fit and safety when it comes to anything! Kk is very sweet and helped us get settled as well as Kris who helped with the fashion and fitting! I would recommend them to anyone!
I drove 1.5 hours from PA to shop for my new horse with Chagrin Saddlery. This was the BEST experience I have ever had. Dana doted on me for over 3 hours- helping me pick out everything I needed fresh from a new helmet to multiple bridles to new belts. I felt so loved as soon as I walked through the door. Dana’s knowledge & eye for fashion is unmatched. Once she got a feel for my vibe & what I liked- she was unstoppable in helping me style the new boy! I cannot say enough good things & I can’t wait to see them again!
