Chagrin has everything that I could possibly need! The staff are always super welcoming whenever I come in and are very helpful when I need help finding things. I love all of the cute clothes that they have and I can never resist!

I usually never write reviews, but I had THE BEST experience with Chagrin Saddlery that I had to! Dana was SO helpful and knowledgeable in helping fit my new tall boots!! She took into account all my requests/concerns and found a boot that I LOVE! I brought my non-equestrian boyfriend along and she was ready to answer any and all of his questions as well!
