Stay Away! Had an fully executed agreement to buy a vehicle from Sergey, one of the Owners, and he backed out when he could not provide the title. I graciously agreed to terminate the Agreement as he decided to then not sell the vehicle, only requesting that my costs to have the vehicle inspected at an independent shop be reimbursed. He of course said he would do so, but after numerous requests on my part, he has never reimbursed the funds.
