Nice community and great maintenance.
I've lived in a lot of apartments. Paddock Club, by far, has had the best office staff and maintenance that I've experienced. There's just the right blend of warmth and solutions. They care. My apartment here was also more affordable than other places in the area, so I was able to get a bigger place, and I'm close to a lot of businesses and the interstate. There's never a shortage of parking. I actually renewed my lease, and that's not something I've often done.
The whole team at paddock club always welcomes me with a warm welcome. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests needs are met
