The staff is always helpful and very friendly! My experiences here have been amazing! From general questions, to maintenance requests, every email and request has been answered or fulfilled in a timely manner. Definitely a great place to live!

I had the pleasure of living at MAA Paddock Club for the last three years. The move in process was super easy, knowledgeable and polite staff who clearly have loved their jobs for many years. Over the course of three years they have redone the trash area, the playground and fencing, picnic areas and walkways, pergolas all rebuilt, cleaned up the tennis court and much more. I must say I have lived there for 2 years and I have enjoyed every minute of it. The office staff is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The complex is very clean. Well kept. If I did not buy a home I would still be living in this complex. The maintenance staff is second to none. Always there when you need something. Great place to live. I would recommend it to anyone.
