Daniel was very responsive and communicative and sorted my emergency plumbing issue out on a public holiday.
Daniel was lovely on the phone, rocked up when he said he would. He was great in person and assesed the work. Unfortuantely that is where it all ended. I phoned and left two messages and a couple of text messages following up. Essentially was ghosted but not sure why. I never got a response to any phone call or text message which was incredibly dissapointing as it was a total waste of our time and his. Perhaps this is a one off, but certainly wouldn't be recommending his service if this is the way he deals with new customers... read more
