Dan is the absolute Man. Super friendly, gets the job done very quick and has amazing attention to detail. Very reasonably priced couldn’t recommend any higher.

Fabulous attitude, great investigative skills, doesn’t talk down to you, kept me informed when he was a little late and I would definitely hire him again.
