I’ve been taking classes with Lindsay for a few years. She’s inspired confidence in me that I didn’t know existed. I am terrified of open water but I have learned to LOVE SUP thanks to her teaching! She is a gifted teacher and a wonderful, inspiring human. Thank you for showing me just how strong and capable I am on the water!!

I've been taking classes with Lindsay for SUP and Yoga for about 8 months now. I had basic SUP skills before and wanted to get better. Lindsay is very knowledgeable, and it's been a great experience learning techniques to paddle efficiently, different turns and tricks, it's been fun as much it's been rewarding getting better at it. Lindsay is the ideal paddle boarding teacher/coach. She leads with safety, teaches with patience, and explains everything in clear, easy to understand terms. Her quick, thoughtful coaching has helped me build good habits from the start. I have taken both indoor SUP yoga and outdoor SUP fitness classes with her.
