NOKO Strength is a fantastic local gym. I've been going for about a year and shocked by the progress I've made. Dori, the owner/coach/motivator-in-chief, is great to work with. Every day is a different work out so it keeps it energizing and new. I highly recommend folks of any fitness level to give it a shot.
