Terrible place to stay! There is no vending machine in the wash rooms! The wash rooms stink and the washers leak water when used giving off a foul odor. When reported to the leasing office was told to calm the number in the laundry room they couldn’t help. Appliance are not new however they are rusting and the closet doors are pieced back together after they have been broken and if they are re broken from their fake patch up they try to charge you for the whole closet door as if you were the one to brake it. First, my interactions with all staff have been cordial and while the process for filling an application online is pretty easy, don't expect it to be seen. I was told by the leasing agent that the applications filled out online, "Don't go anywhere, we can't see them. Come in office and fill it out. Feel free to print what you did and come fill it out in person". Secondly, the rates online do not reflect what the prices for rent actually are.
