Renter beware!!!! With a google rating that is just slightly above 3, that should be everything you need to know. Most complaints noted in reviews have to deal with lease and move out issues with management. When we moved out we left the apartment cleaner than when we received it. We got excessively dinged for items that we felt were not warranted. Left a half used tissue box on top of the toilet. This resulted in claims we left a bunch of stuff in the apartment. Paddington Place sucks! People are to loud and the walls are so thin! Our water heather broke and it took almost 5 days to get fixed! No HOT water at all! The neighbors are to loud and is just incredibly annoying becaude management doesn't do crap or anything about it. Please if you have the change get out of this place or look for a better complex please! You'll thank me!
