We took our sons Seiko watch up to get a service as it was not keeping time. Tgey came back promptly with a estimate and tgen I approved They kept in contact via messges and I felt comfortable with the process It has a warranty on the work I think it is very important that we support local businesses qnd every interaction I have with the owner and staff has always been excellent.
We had our wedding bands custom designed and made with Shigeko from Paddington Jeweller, after doing the same for our engagement ring. We are so happy with all of our rings, they are beautifully made and unique to us. Thank you Shigeko for the rings and Steven.
Excellent service by Steven. Received my engagement ring from here, it is absolutely a show stopper.
Very kindly helped me with ring removal when they got stuck due to pregnancy swelling. They gave me objective advice about when to resize them (ie telling me to wait until the right time rather than taking my business straight away). They have since done a beautiful job in remaking my rings, including by keeping the engravings intact.
