I love Dr. Kay as a provider but whoever they have had running their phones for the past couple of years is absolutely atrocious. He's rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I've spoken to the office staff in person about this and they all seem to know it's a problem because they knew immediately who I was talking about, but aren't empowered to change it. My wife has left Padder Health as a result and I'm getting very tired of it myself. Making appointments has gotten harder and harder and I've had a few requests for appointments ... read more
I love Dr O but since she been with Padder Health the services haven’t been the same. I leave messages for my provider and I never get responses I personally went to the office and left message with front desk after calling the call center. I needed a holter monitor made appt to pick it up on a Monday 3weeks later get there and tell me they do not have authorization from my insurance company now I work in healthcare and managed medical facilities and if by that Friday before we didn’t have authorization I would have reach ou... read more
Dr. Owusu has always been such an attentive doctor who takes care of her patients requests and I have referred multiple people this this office because of that. However, I was there March 18th for some documents that I have been told I’ll get by the end of two week. After multiple calls, again I was told I would receive them by April 11 and here I am without any documents. Once I finish this process, I’ll unfortunately be looking for a new office.
My sister who lives in CA did her research to find our mother the best possible care she could. She found Dr. Kendra Kay. I have been taking our mother to get the health care she deserves for almost two years now. I truly appreciate the patience and professionalism Dr. Kay and her team has with our mother. They go above and beyond to fill out the paperwork that my mother needs to live a great life.
