I love Dr O but since she been with Padder Health the services haven’t been the same. I leave messages for my provider and I never get responses I personally went to the office and left message with front desk after calling the call center. Cardiology office has poor communication. The did not return calls, send refills or acknowledge items sent in portal. They failed to explain issues throughly that required treatment or listen when side effect occurred. Kelsey Harman specifically is caught up in race based care despite explaining a specific medication did not work. But because I was Black, this is the medication I should take. I was put on so much medication, I got sicker and sicker and had to be hospitalized and taken off all the medication they put me on. D... read more

Dr. Owusu has always been such an attentive doctor who takes care of her patients requests and I have referred multiple people this this office because of that. However, I was there March 18th for some documents that I have been told I’ll get by the end of two week. After multiple calls, again I was told I would receive them by April 11 and here I am without any documents. Once I finish this process, I’ll unfortunately be looking for a new office.
