Dr. Padberg was my dentist for 30 years. I am really shocked and saddened to make this report after all this time. I walked in for my appointment, and I was told I needed to fill out some paperwork. I asked the receptionist what it was for, and she said it was a medical history. I asked them why after 30 years, they now need this paperwork.
