Probably my favorite condo I've rented in since moving to WA State.
Decent location if somebody would actually do their job and check online when they say things are available and they actually book appointments. I asked the maintenance person who is right in front of me named Sid. If he could please call the person who I apparently was supposed to have an appointment with. I have a confirmed appointment online to see an available unit today and when I get there no one answers. I’ve been here for 15 years. When I came, the grounds were kept beautiful. I enjoyed actually using my patio and back yard. The building was actually washed down at least once a year and the grass was nice and thick and green and lush. It was fun to play with my grand kids and have friends over and have a little tea on the patio and the gutters were cleaned seasonally. Then in about 2016-17 it started going down hill.
