Outstanding friendly customer service. Dean, one of the head people there was extremely helpful. After moving all of my stuff on my own, I went in and asked for a cup of water. I let Dean know I lost my key to my uHaul truck on top of having a horrible week. He advised to me to call the roadside assistance that goes through uHaul, and when I did I was told the replacement key would be $350!
