Just a heads up this guy name "John" is a rude and disrespectful. there was plenty of parking on the street but choose to parked blocking my driveway for convenience (lazy) to walk argue when I ask to move his PacWest vehicle blocking my driveway made me wait 20 minutes then after the second argument He finally move the vehicle. bad example for manager! Wow! I was so impressed with the entire process from beginning to end with PacWest Restoration. They went above and beyond with customer service. The workmen are so talented! I watched Greg perform magic with the installation of the Formica, and Shawn completed the work with an unbelievably beautiful paint job. The integrity of each person I interacted with meant a lot to me. Do yourself a favor and hire PacWest Restoration, Inc. They deserve way more than Five Stars.

Damage on home from fallen tree. Repair Work and attention to detail was excellent. Courtesy, friendliness and can do attitude excellent. Teams worked together seamlessly. I would use the Pac West Restoration group again without hesitation ! Working with them was extremely easy, I highly recommend this company.

Truly appreciate the work that Pacwest Restoration did for us this week. We had a plumbing leak that caused a total repipe 2 weeks ago. We lnew we had possible damage or worse and reached out to Pacwest. Angie scheduled us in asap. Then she and Rob came out to assess the water damage under our home speaking directly to an insurance adjuster that also came. After 3 days of placing a dehumidifier in our crawl space and monitoring our home we got it all taken care of. They handled everything with professionalism and fantastic c... read more
