There was a fire in the apartment above me which flooded mine. Overnight I had to move and over half my stuff was ruined. You always think this kind of stuff will not happen to you. Well I was wrong. Dealing with the insurance alone had me so stressed. As soon as as PacWest sent Carly over I started to feel like things will be ok. She explained how things would work.
