I would recommend PacWest Restoration Inc to everyone I know! Our landlord hired this company to inspect and fix a mold issue in our bathroom. From the start, everyone we dealt with was responsive, professional and honest. We spoke to the owner a few times, and he patiently answered all of our questions. Nik was sent to do the inspection and he was very thorough. We had to vacate our apartment, and they were very flexible with the start date while we figured out the logistics. PacWest Restoration is amazing! This was our first time dealing with restoration needs after our water heater blew and I cannot say enough great things about Jeff and his team! We had carpet, laminate, molding and dry wall damage and I swear our home looks better than ever! The guys were punctual, courteous, and the detail of the work done was top notch. Giving this review 5 stars based on the integrity of Dave. I've worked with a lot of contractors and the most common issues are lack of communication, and unwillingness to stand by their work. During our insurance claim we had an issue crop up with one of the repairs. Long story short, there was an issue with a subcontractor. I don't necessarily expect that everything will always be perfect and smooth from a general contractor perspective when dealing with multiple subcontractors and specialties. One of your drivers today was tailgating me for a few miles from Martin Luther parkway all the down Wallace rd Nw in Salem. It was a Women wearing white rimed Sunglasses, the license plate was 865-NCP. It’s a 45 through there and then turns into a 30 then back to a 35mph zone. I can’t help the traffic in front of me isn’t moving as fast a she would like. I leave a 4-6 second distance between me and the vehicle in front of me….
